Job Description:

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Social Worker / Clinical Counselor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and offer therapeutic interventions to support patients in their journey toward recovery. This role requires strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to assess and manage mental health conditions effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting thorough interviews and diagnostic assessments to develop tailored treatment and recovery plans for patients and their families.
Participating in the intake process, gathering essential patient history (family, social, medical, and mental health), and providing crisis intervention, treatment, case management, and referrals.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to review cases, assess treatment approaches, monitor patient progress, and provide recommendations for ongoing care.
Developing and implementing individual and group treatment plans to address mental, emotional, and family-related challenges.
Providing ongoing clinical assessments, treatment planning, and direct clinical treatment for patients and families.
Documenting and maintaining accurate clinical case histories to track patient progress and inform diagnostic evaluations.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling, Marital and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
Current license in the state of Georgia (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
Compensation:

Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
