You will serve as the first point of contact, showcasing properties, conducting tours, and guiding potential tenants through the leasing process. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with prospective residents, understand their needs, and conduct comprehensive property tours.
• Administer marketing strategies and participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance resident attraction.
• Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations.
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and convert inquiries into leases.
• Prepare lease agreements and assist new residents with the onboarding process.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and interact effectively with diverse individuals.
• Familiarity with property management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

To be successful as a Leasing Agent at Banyan Living, candidates should possess strong customer service skills and a background in sales or leasing. Knowledge of property management practices and Fair Housing laws is important. The ideal candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a proactive approach to leasing.
