Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and help support project planning, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Work closely with senior project managers to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure all project details are understood and well-coordinated.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update status reports for stakeholders.
  • Help identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project timelines.
  • Coordinate resources, including scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and overseeing the allocation of tasks.
  • Assist with preparing project documentation, such as proposals, project plans, and timelines.
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Ensure project goals and client expectations are met by actively participating in project discussions and meetings.
  • Support project management team with administrative tasks and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while supporting senior project managers.
