Description Begin your Composites One career today! Position Overview As a Junior Master Data Analyst, you will support Master Data Management (MDM) systems and Data Analytics applications. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining system documentation, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities - Provide support and administration for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
- Manage and maintain critical data assets, ensuring integrity and consistency across systems.
- Administer the MDM system, implement system improvements, and support eCommerce functionality.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Incorta Data Analytics.
- Perform troubleshooting, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system administration tasks.
Expected Skills And Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement.
- BA/BS degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms effectively.
Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Background in retail business processes.
- Working knowledge of databases, JavaScript, eCommerce, Omni-Channel, and supply chain systems.
- Familiarity with application development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
The salary range for this position in the geographic location noted is $65,000 - $73,000 annually. The actual salary will depend on factors including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
