We specialize in creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial projects. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Hardscape Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

Job Overview:
As an Junior Hardscape Project Manager, you will support our project management team in overseeing and coordinating hardscape projects from inception to completion. You will be involved in managing timelines, budgets, and the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing multiple hardscape projects simultaneously.
  • Read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Help with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project needs are met.
  • Supervise the daily activities of hardscape crews and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior project managers on progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in hardscape construction or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and plans.
  • Strong knowledge of hardscape materials, techniques, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software (preferred but not required).
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to hardscaping is a plus.

Pay range starting at $50,000+ depending on experience
