About the Role A Place for Mom is seeking a Jr. Data and BI Analyst who is passionate about data-driven solutions and enjoys solving complex reporting challenges. This role focuses on designing dashboards, reports, and data structures to support the call center and sales teams. The ideal candidate will provide analytical insights to drive decision-making, enhance marketing-to-revenue conversion, and contribute to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop business intelligence solutions Create insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau and Databricks to improve reporting processes Analyze performance metrics to drive key business decisions and optimize conversions Partner with technology teams to establish a scalable data infrastructure Develop a reporting roadmap that consolidates key business insights into a centralized system Document metric definitions and train stakeholders on report functionalities Identify opportunities for improving customer conversion along the sales funnel Present business recommendations to drive increased leads and revenue growth Support enhancements in data structures to provide deeper insights into business performance Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence or analytical environments Expertise in SQL for data querying and analysis; knowledge of Python or Regex is a plus Proficient in Tableau dashboard development and system management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience influencing business decisions Knowledge of data governance best practices is a plus Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams at different levels Based in the EST time zone and available to work EST hours remotely Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Bonus: 10% of annual earnings Benefits: 401(k) with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off and flexible work environment Why Join A Place for Mom?
