We are a growing CPA firm with a close-knit and skilled team, and we're looking for a Junior Auditor to join us. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience in auditing at a CPA firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage and complete audits and other assurance engagements, from start to finish, while adhering to professional standards.
- Prepare planning documents and perform risk assessments for assigned clients.
- Conduct internal control testing procedures.
- Review and gather audit evidence to ensure well-documented audit conclusions.
- Identify and communicate any issues discovered during audits, offering solutions and recommendations.
- Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and other relevant information.
- Clearly communicate tasks to the engagement team to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality results.
- Take an active role in learning and development, including participating in formal training programs and Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPA license is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of auditing experience in an accounting firm.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables is a must).
- Availability to work extra hours, including weekends during the busy tax season (January-April).

Work Environment:
- In-office work required, with occasional remote work options available.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (with potential weekend hours during peak seasons).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years of auditing experience in an accounting firm.
