Job Description

Position: Jr Data Analyst

Duration: 6+ months

Location : Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with transitioning reports from Crystal Reports to Argos.
• Perform detailed testing of 1,110 reports in production, comparing reports across systems, identifying differences, and documenting findings.
• Handle data entry and analytics tasks to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support governance initiatives, including organizing report ownership and workflows.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively to analyze system discrepancies and document results.

Skillset/Qualifications:

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to commit to repetitive yet critical tasks, spending 30-60 minutes per report.
• Clear communication skills and adaptability to new systems.
• Training will be provided; however, prior experience in data/report testing is a plus.
• This role will contribute to Phase 2 initiatives following the report testing phase.
