Role Overview
At Jule, we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into a high-impact role supporting multiple companies—each with their own unique challenges, personalities, and opportunities. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager as we build and scale a people-first Human Resources framework from the ground up. This role offers enormous growth potential for someone who is a problem-solver and has a drive for continuous learning. We’re looking for a self-starter and team player—someone who’s actively engaged in the HR community (like being a member of the Human Resources Professional Association), stays current with workforce trends, and is genuinely passionate about clean-tech, EVs, sustainable energy—or all of the above.

If you're enthusiastic about human resources, proud to grow with the company you support, and ready to help us transition from startup to scaling success story, we’d love to hear from you!
