Job Description:

This position is responsible for organizing, digitizing, and maintaining employee documents within the company’s recordkeeping systems. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and categorize employee records into a digital system
• Match scanned documents to appropriate employee files within SharePoint
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in document organization
• Communicate remotely with HR leadership through Microsoft Teams
• Handle confidential HR documents with discretion

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative or HR support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and independent work

Additional Details:

• Contract Role: Approx. 3+ weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Environment: 100% Onsite
• Parking: Free, on-site parking available
