Homeroom teacher /ESL teacher job at Beijing Haidian International School Abroad, US

Job Description

Job requirements：

The candidate should be in China with a valid work visa and provide the release & cancellation letters .
Full-time position & 1-year contract (renewable).
Bachelor’s degree or above .
Experience of working with ESL learners is a plus.
Candidate should come from USA, UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, & SOUTH AFRICA.
At least 2 years of teaching experience, with one of TESOL/TEFL/TESL certificates
No criminal record and in good health

Benefits:

Additional revenue for exceptional attendance, teaching license stipend for PGCE/SACE/QTS/US license (desired) & degree stipend for MASTER/PhD degree.
Yearly performance bonus

Earn a performance bonus of up to 21,000 per term, 42,000 per year. ▶Rent allowance: 4,000 RMB per month. ▶Stipend 3600 RMB per year for the purchase of a computer of office supplies. ▶Home Visit Travel : 12,000 RMB/ year for fight reimbursement (One round trip ticket for employee). ▶ Paid Holidays: Full paid summer and winter holidays ▶Good commercial health Insurance: The insurance covers up to 100% direct billing at some hospitals around China.

Free lunch on campus & 1-hour lunch break.
Candidate will sign an employment contract with the school directly and will receive assistance with work visas and residence permits.
Free Chinese lessons each week
Professional team will offer good information and guidance. -Working time: 7:40 AM - 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday.

Class size: Up to 15-35 students per class.
20 periods/week, 40min per class.
Deliver high quality lessons to designated classes (20-24 lessons per week)
creat teaching plans and PPT every week.
Strong classroom management skills & experience in integrating technology with teaching.
Familiarity with inquiry-based approach & Love of teaching.
An encouraging, friendly, professional, collaborative and inspiring multi-cultural staff body
