Hanover, Pennsylvania | Full-time | $30 - $33 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Patient-Centered Care – Provide compassionate, skilled nursing services directly in patients’ homes.
• Coordinate & Document Care – Ensure seamless communication with the team and maintain accurate clinical records.
•   Travel Locally – Enjoy autonomy while visiting patients throughout the Hanover area (reliable transportation required).
• Educate & Support – Empower patients and caregivers with the knowledge to manage conditions and thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license & CPR certification
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health, medical/surgical, or critical care preferred)
• Passion for patient care & ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license & insurance required)
