Position: Head of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Thought Leadership

Overview: Our client is seeking an innovative and visionary Head of SEO Thought Leadership to redefine our clients' search strategies. This role goes beyond traditional SEO management; it requires a trailblazer who can inspire both our team and clients with groundbreaking ideas and compelling presentations. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend advanced SEO expertise with creative thought leadership, positioning our clients at the forefront of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Innovation: Develop and implement pioneering SEO strategies that challenge industry norms and set new standards.
• Client Inspiration: Craft and deliver persuasive presentations that articulate complex SEO concepts in an engaging manner, inspiring clients to embrace innovative approaches.
• Thought Leadership: Establish and promote best practices in SEO, ensuring they are fully leveraged across all search marketing efforts.
• Process Enhancement: Continuously refine and evolve SEO methodologies to foster creativity and efficiency within the team.
• Industry Engagement: Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events, sharing insights and establishing the brand as a thought leader in SEO.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, Web Developers, and Content Creators to ensure cohesive and innovative SEO implementations.
• Mentorship: Guide and inspire the SEO team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative problem-solving.

Key Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degrees are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior SEO role with a proven track record of innovative strategy development and thought leadership.
• Creative Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop unique solutions to complex SEO challenges.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences through compelling presentations and written content.
• Industry Engagement: Active participation in SEO communities, with experience speaking at industry events or contributing to reputable publications.
• Additional Competencies: Experience with Google Ads, social media strategies, and content marketing is advantageous.
