Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing gym operations, and ensuring that every member has a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Training Information:

• Please note that all candidates must complete mandatory onboarding/pre-employment training. This training is designed to familiarize you with the role and ensure you are a good fit for the position.
• The training period is unpaid as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests as they enter the gym with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Manage check-ins and handle membership inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for personal training sessions and classes.
• Assist with membership sign-ups and provide information on services offered. - Handle payments, process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Address and resolve any member concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with the gym staff to ensure smooth daily operations. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
• Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness.
