Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Coach at MaD Fitness Group LLC in Sunrise, FL. The Head Coach will be primarily responsible for driving sales and owning the growth of the business. This includes actively engaging with members, fostering community, and implementing strategies to increase membership and retention. In addition, the Head Coach will lead and manage fitness classes, provide personalized training sessions, ensure the safety and well-being of all members, and create a motivating and engaging workout environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving sales and achieving business growth within a fitness environment
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert prospects into members, and support member retention strategies
• Experience in leading fitness classes and providing personalized training sessions
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to turn interactions into sales opportunities
• Ability to motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals while driving membership and retention
• Certifications in personal training, group fitness instruction, or related fields
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving sales targets and optimizing member retention
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and a results-driven approach to member engagement and business growth
