What We’re Looking For Our award winning Sales department is looking for a Internet Sales Manager to join our team. Previous experience in sales and proficiency with computers and basic software is required. This person must have a proven track record of great success leading an Internet Sales Team. • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Communicate effectively with internet staff and other department employees
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
• Prior sales experience required
• Time management, prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• Understanding of inventory control
• Demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver license
