Key Responsibilities

Event Planning amp; Coordination: Assist with the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events.
Logistics Management: Handle event logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and material management.
On-Site Support: Provide assistance to event teams to ensure smooth and efficient event operations.
Marketing Materials: Create and help distribute promotional materials to increase event visibility and drive attendance.
Customer Service: Offer top-tier service to guests and event attendees, ensuring an outstanding experience.
Schedule Management: Help manage schedules and timelines to ensure events stay on track.
Post-Event Insights: Collect feedback after events and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
