Story Lane Box is looking for an organized and energetic Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution team. In this role, you will help coordinate logistics, ensure smooth event operations, and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and guests. • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales.
• Manage event logistics, including vendor communication, setup, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all events meet client expectations.
• Provide on-site support during events to address any issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of event expenses and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
