Job Title : Events Assistant at Labor Biz Market

 

 

Job Summary: Labor Biz Market is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating all aspects of event logistics to ensure successful and memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Maintain event materials and inventory.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to events, such as preparing contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining records.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
