Nesco Resource is hiring for a 1 st shift Embroidery Operator in the Laurens area. Climate-controlled facility. opportunity to go permanent within 90 days.

Work Duties and Responsibilities

Operates machine to embroider name, initial, or decorative designs on Jackets, Stoles, and materials Stitch cording, braid, or emblems on material or garments, following stamped design or working freehand without guide or markings: Reads work order to determine type and location of embroidery. Partners with Art Designer to ensure settings and Fonts are correct before embroidering.

Essential Duties/Requirements:

• Sets, adjusts, and feed rollers, spinel, and printing screens for specifications
• Starts oven and sets the thermostat to temperature specified printing
• Determine order type by color of the design to print
• Train new employees how to use equipment and company standards
• Patrol printing for production and identify defects.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Inspects materials and equipment for damages or defective parts

Additional Duties/Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Follow all work instructions associated with job processes
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and documentation for the production area

Pay:

Starting Pay depending on shift/ position.
$15.00

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
