Position Overview: We are seeking mid-senior level Electrical Maintenance Technicians who will play a key role in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy industrial equipment. Safety is the top priority, and this position requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of the job, including adherence to safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely troubleshoot and repair 480V motors and electrical controls
• Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on steel mill machinery and systems
• Propose and implement solutions to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
• Ensure consistent adherence to safety regulations, working in accordance with all safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to resolve technical issues, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
• Provide weekend, holiday, and overtime availability as needed, including working on rotating shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience Required : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in industrial or military electrical maintenance
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, particularly 480V motors and controls
• Strong communication skills with an ability to work well within a team
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive in addressing equipment issues
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge of electrical theory
• 2 or 4-year degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Experience in the steel or metals industry
