Donut Production - Fryers, Bakers, Donut Decorators Needed!

Southern Maid New Braunfels in New Braunfels, TX is looking for bakers and donut decorators to join our team. Our ideal candidate is positive, self-driven, punctual, and motivated to be on a team with a common goal.

Donut Production Schedule

Kitchen Crew - 3:00am-8am (appx)

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters
• Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form donuts, kolaches, muffins, or other products.
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
• Back of House Operations and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of dough making, frying, baking, and finishing/decorating
• Work well with a team
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience a plus, but not required. We will hands on train you on every station.
