Job Description

Seeking a Director of Ancillary Carrier Relationships. This person will manage the relationship between the general agency and carrier. Fostering, building and true partner management with clientele. This person will be an instrumental part in contributing to building the Ancillary team and department. 

You will:

• Work with carrier contracts, renewals and new business, negotiate contracts, red lining and work with legal departments. 
• Track business and annual bonus
• Manage escalations
• Support Leaders and Sales team in meeting
• Scheduling and client meetings with carrier partners.
  

Requirements:

• Must have extensive ancillary experience (dental, vision, disability and voluntary benefits).
• Must have ancillary contacts across the business.
• Negotiation skills, personable, self starter.
• Experience at carrier, general agency or employee benefits broker.

* Must be local to Scottsdale for Hybrid working schedule.
