Summary:
Vivint/NRG is seeking an Intern to support our Digital Marketing and Web Production team with website updates, content management, and visual optimization. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless online experience for users while providing exposure to various areas of Digital Marketing. Starting in May, this role will join NRG’s 10-week summer intern program while continuing their work with Digital Marketing.
Our 10-week program is designed to increase future employment potential for prospects while providing a valuable resource to the business. This Summer Internship will appeal to proactive and self-motivated college juniors/seniors with a genuine desire to learn about the energy business and industry. During the internship, candidates will work on real projects and have real responsibilities. NRG aims to help candidates build strengths, gain skills that can be transferred to any workplace, and stand out from the crowd.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Website Maintenance: Perform website cleanup tasks, such as updating content and managing digital assets.
· Image Management: Resize and optimize images for various web pages.
· Content Updates: Assist with uploading, formatting, and managing web content using the CMS.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and site usability.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team members to support website improvement projects.

· Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot and correct content inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
· Task-Focused: Efficiently complete assigned tasks with high attention to quality.

Required Education/Experience:
· Currently enrolled in a university marketing program or related field.
