What You'll Do
Client & Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for digital client accounts, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions.
Address client inquiries, manage expectations, and proactively resolve any issues.
Project Coordination
Oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Manage project timelines, collaborate with internal teams, and delegate tasks effectively.
Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and ensure seamless execution.
Campaign & Performance Management
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, creating insightful reports to guide decision-making.
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize marketing strategies.
Monitor trends and industry updates to help clients stay ahead in the digital landscape.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Account Management, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to align strategies.
Ensure smooth communication and execution of projects across different departments.
Process & Resource Management
Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, including campaign materials, tracking links, and documentation.
Assist in training new hires and internal teams on best practices, tools, and workflows.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in account management, project management, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with analytics tools.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SEMRush is a plus.
