we are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient full-time Data Entry/Lead Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and managing lead records for our business development team, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business operations through effective communication and organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and detail.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
• Some College credit is required, and a college degree is a plus
• Fluent English language required, additional languages a plus
• 1-3 plus years of data entry experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with proven dependability
• Career-driven as advancement opportunities are available
• Fast-paced work environment experience
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new applications and processes
• Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills with high-speed internet
• Ability to accurately type information
• Ability to use online search engines and digital resources to gather accurate and relevant information effectively.

• Able to identify and correct subtle discrepancies to ensure data integrity
• Committed to delivering high-quality, detailed, and precise work
