Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Paso Robles, California. Working within a busy bank, this role involves extensive customer interaction and data entry tasks. Responsibilities: - Efficiently handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries - Deliver high-quality customer service across all customer interactions - Manage data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy - Use Microsoft Excel and Word for processing customer information and maintaining records - Ensure successful order entry and schedule appointments as required - Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions - Handle email correspondence and manage inbound and outbound calls effectively - Utilize your prior experience in cash handling and retail environments to enhance customer experience.
