Position: Remote Tax Senior
Location: Remote - Work from Home
About the Role:
As a Tax Senior, you will play a key role in preparing and filing both basic and advanced-level Federal and State tax returns, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with internal teams, including Supervisors, Managers, and Principals, to maintain organized and efficient workflows while ensuring the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of individual and business taxation and enjoy collaborating in a team environment to contribute to all phases of engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file Federal and State tax returns with a focus on quality and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all phases of client engagements are executed professionally
- Contribute to career development programs to enhance supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting firm
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA license required
- A commitment to career development and continuous improvement
