Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

1What Is the Opportunity?
The Consultant, Actuarial and Analytics is an entry level analytic role that encompasses the personal ownership of operational assignments and support of strategic assignments which may include reserving, rate making, pricing, planning/forecasting, project management and research. The individual in this role is expected to be a strong team player, have a strong desire to learn and develop, and be a strong contributor within assigned team and on assigned projects. This position is within Rate Development supporting the General Liability line, Property line, and Countrywide Initiatives. This employee will execute the OMNI GL filing schedule and Countrywide Initiatives. Specific responsibilities include: Manage capacity (queue) for base rate (yearly plan) rate/rule filings, as well as the development, submission, negotiation and approval of rate, rule and form filings. Provide support to business units on filing related issues and coordinates interaction with business unit representatives, Product, Legal, Government Affairs, and other areas to assure appropriate individuals are involved during the course of a filing. Provide status to management and other ad hoc tasks.What Will You Do?
