Job Description

Aristeo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Training Specialist to lead all company-wide training initiatives. In this key role, you will work closely with management to develop and deliver hands-on, high-quality training programs designed to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Partner with management and human resources to determine department needs, employee skills gaps, and training requirements throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to all business units, while ensuring training aligns with company and departmental goals.
• Provide on-site or virtual training for employees at various levels.
• Train employees in managing day-to-day construction operations, internal processes and procedures, software, and other corporate-wide training initiatives, such as leadership initiatives, effective communication training, and more.
• Collect feedback from management and trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
• Identify areas where operational efficiency can be improved and integrate solutions into the training materials.
• Offer one-on-one coaching for team members who need additional support

• Incorporate new developments into training programs to keep the workforce updated and competitive.

Required Skills:

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in construction, either in operations or preconstruction/estimating.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Background developing effective training programs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
