The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external communications, supporting brand messaging, and ensuring consistency across all channels. This role is essential in maintaining a clear and engaging brand voice while fostering collaboration between departments.
**Responsibilities**
Assist in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies
Coordinate press releases, newsletters, and written communications
Ensure consistency of brand messaging in all content and materials
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align messaging with visuals
Manage company documentation and communication archives
Organize and support meetings, presentations, and company events
Track and analyze communication performance and suggest improvements
Qualifications
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in a communication or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
