Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Description:

CFO will join the executive leadership team, report to the CEO, and drive financial strategy, robust operations, and future fundraising.\n\nKey responsibilities include partnering on long-term financial strategy, leading capital raising and investor relations, providing insightful financial analysis, developing financial models and strategy, managing capital and investments, preparing investor materials, managing due diligence, ensuring risk management and compliance, serving as a strategic adviser, building the finance team, and fostering a culture of accountability.\n\n Curative AI, Inc. is an early-stage startup revolutionizing healthcare with AI-powered SaaS solutions in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Clinical Operations. The company is financially successful, anticipating over $30M in revenue for 2025, with rapid growth goals of scaling the US team to 100+ employees and attaining a $1 billion valuation in 18 months.

Requirements:

Experience in SaaS and healthcare sectors.\n\nStrategic partnership with CEOs.\n\nSuccessful fundraising and investor relations experience.\n\nSkills in FP&A and treasury.\n\nDeveloping strategy for SaaS businesses.\n\nM&A experience.\n\nStrong leadership and team-building abilities.\n\nKnowledge of financial regulations (GAAP, SEC).\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\nExperience with boards and stakeholders.\n\nHealthcare financial expertise (including regulation and reimbursement models).\n\nMust be legally authorized to work in the US without need for visa sponsorship.\n\nMust be located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid (minimum three days on-site in Bellevue).\n\nMaster’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.\n\nMinimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 8 years in executive roles (CFO, VP of Finance).\n\nBig Four experience preferred.\n\nRequires experience in high-growth tech environments.

Benefits:
