Summary:Demonstrating key competencies in strategy, analytics, collaboration, and communication, you will create a sales strategy for the season, based on your analysis of the current market conditions. You will champion your strategy to all sales and procurement team members and partner with processing team members to strategize best outcomes for all items in your category. You will continually follow up on the execution of all sales activities through all sales channels throughout the company.
As a leader, you are a mentor who is passionate, reflective, and skilled at creating a work environment that motivates team members to deliver results.
