TEMO, Inc. is seeking a Carpentry Crew Leader and a Masonry Crew Leader, which is responsible for leading the installations of our product line. With more than 50 years of experience, TEMO, Inc. stands as the leading manufacturer of sunrooms, pergolas, patio covers, and luxury sheds in the United States. Our mission is to provide quality and innovative outdoor living product to homeowners, contractors, and commercial businesses.

Position Responsibilities:   

 

• Bring your own crew here to install our wide range of products for an entrepreneurial opportunity.
• Lead and manage your own team of skilled carpenters and masons to complete projects with precision and quality.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Train and mentor, your team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Use your bilingual skills to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:

• High School or equivalent degree preferred.
• Two (2) years’ experience in carpentry and masonry leading crews.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to read and comprehend printed order sheets and perform basic math calculations (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to work independently or in a team. 

Physical Demands :         

• Work with hands and fingers daily; hand tools, measuring tools, mechanical tools, saws, computer, and tablet.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Must be able to stand on feet for the entire duration of work shift.
• Must be able to work outdoors where temperatures fluctuate.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
