  • Attend real estate trainings
  • Organize and build your database
  • Communicate to your database
  • Intern with teams or agents when possible
  • Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
  • Learn sales talk and scripts
  • Complete designated non-agent allowed activities
  • Misc. activities as needed
Qualifications:
  • Driven individuals with a strong desire to grow
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma (college a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Willingness to complete the required coursework and pass the exam
