What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists and RBTs in implementing therapy goals.
• Track client progress, update goals, and refine treatment strategies.
• Provide caregiver training to reinforce skill development and consistency.

What You Bring:

• Current BCBA Certification (required).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for in-home and community-based services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Experience in ABA therapy (preferred).
