8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Monday - Friday

A typical day in the life of a Call Center Representative:
Answering inbound calls
Acting as first point-of-contact for caller
Entering client/patient information into website
Retrieving information relating to client/patient
Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client/patient needs
This job might be an outstanding fit if you are/can/have:
Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Call center or customer service experience
Great interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
