Position Requirements:

Compensation: $16.00 per hour for most locations. Higher rates (e.g., $17.57 per hour) are available for areas with higher-than-average costs of living, such as Los Angeles.
Full-Time: 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 11 paid holidays, 19 PTO days, and retirement options.
Work Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM (local time). Rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
Training: Full-time training for 8 business days, typically 10 AM - 7 PM ET or 11 AM - 8 PM ET. After training, you'll begin your regular schedule.
Typing Requirement: 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
U.S. Citizenship: Required due to contractual obligations.
Remote Work Requirements:
A stable internet connection (200 Mbps for single-person households, 400 Mbps for multi-person households)
A dedicated workspace with a closing door
A security camera alongside your computer setup
Work Environment: Interviews are conducted virtually via phone or video call, with no in-person meetings required.
What You'll Do:

As a Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist, you'll play a vital role in welcoming new clients. You will answer incoming calls, offering assistance and explaining our financial products and services. You'll also make outgoing calls to engage with potential clients and schedule appointments with financial counselors.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound and outbound calls (around 80 calls per day on average)
Communicating with clients in both Spanish and English
Responding to client emails and handling some outbound calls for services we offer
Providing excellent customer service and support while ensuring clients have a positive experience
Assisting clients with inquiries about financial services and appointment scheduling
Accurately entering client data and maintaining confidentiality
Initiating financial assessments and connecting clients with financial counselors
Triaging calls and routing them appropriately
Professionally addressing any customer concerns and escalating as needed
What You'll Experience:

A high volume of inbound and outbound calls, averaging 80 calls daily.
Communicating in both English and Spanish to assist clients.
Responding to client inquiries through emails and phone calls.
A fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires multitasking, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
