Job Description

The Bartender at Holiday Inn Boston - Bunker Hill Area is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a timely manner. They will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per customer orders, maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations. Responsibilities:

• Take and serve drink orders to guests
• Mix and garnish drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
• Check guests' identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar utensils and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all beverage and liquor regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of applicable safety and health regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
