About Us:
At Venture Haven, we specialize in managing high-end rentals, developments, and long-term rentals. Our goal? To provide top-tier service to both property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional experiences across all our properties.
What You’ll Do:
Communicate with tenants and property owners, ensuring top-notch service
Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee property upkeep
Conduct property inspections and ensure lease compliance
Assist with administrative tasks, lease agreements, and property marketing
Help manage CRM & phone duties
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Prior experience in property management or real estate (preferred but not required)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Tech-savvy with experience using property management software (a plus!)
