Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Property Manager to support property operations and tenant relations for our Cincinnati apartment portfolio. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, including leasing and tenant communication.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and notices in a timely manner.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Collect and process rent payments, track delinquencies, and issue late notices.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred.
• Education: High school diploma, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Software: Familiarity with property management software (Rent Manager) is a plus.
