Job Description

Kumon Math & Reading Center Of Madison in Madison, MS is looking for (2) part-time center assistants to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Position Start Date: Sunday, January 26, 2024

Responsibilities

Assist, guide, and support students according to the Kumon principles
Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing student learning plans
Provide a positive and nurturing learning environment
Engage & communicate with Instructor regarding student performance
Grade student work & maintain student records
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficient in Math & Reading (Assessment will be required)
Ability to remain patient and positive with students
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail

Be able to work the following schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 2:30pm-6:00pm,
Preference to those who are able to work: Sundays, 8:50am-1:00pm, Mondays, 2:30pm-6:00pm, Wednesdays, 2:30pm-7:00pm, Thursdays, 2:30-6:00pm.
Have a positive attitude
Be capable of multitasking
Be great with following directions with minimal supervision
