This isn’t your typical call center job— no cold calling, no high-pressure sales —just meaningful conversations with homeowners who are genuinely interested in upgrading their bathrooms! Your role is all about educating potential clients and setting them up with a free in-home consultation with our expert sales team.
- Engaging homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about Luxury Bath’s bathroom remodeling solutions.
- Scheduling high-quality in-home appointments for our sales team— no selling, just setting up success!
- Educating potential customers on how Luxury Bath can transform their space with style and functionality.
- Meeting (and exceeding!) appointment-setting goals while keeping the experience positive, supportive, and stress-free for our customers.
- Collaborating with our sales team to ensure smooth transitions and high success rates.
- You’re a people person —friendly, outgoing, and love helping others!
- You have strong communication skills and can explain things clearly and confidently.
- You thrive in a goal-driven environment and love achieving (and exceeding!) targets.
- You’re comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with ease and professionalism.
