Job Title: Access/Lifeline Phone Distributor

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: Commission-Based

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Access/Lifeline Phone Distributors. This is a commission-based role ideal for those who are motivated by helping others and have a flexible schedule.

Job Summary:

As an Access/Lifeline Phone Distributor, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible individuals in our program, which offers discounted cell phone services. You will be working in various communities within Los Angeles, requiring the ability to travel. This role is pivotal in ensuring that underprivileged individuals stay connected and have access to essential communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with local communities to identify and enroll eligible individuals in the Access/Lifeline program.
  • Educate potential enrollees about the benefits of the program and the eligibility requirements.
  • Assist individuals in completing the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of enrollments and follow up with potential clients as needed.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all enrollees.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and compliance.
  • Attend training sessions and stay informed about program updates and changes.


Requirements:

  • Must be a Los Angeles local with the ability to travel within the city.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
