RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Strategy Development

  • Identify and target key sales channels to distribute the product to active-duty service members stationed in the U.S. and abroad.
  • Develop a sales roadmap for penetrating commissaries, exchanges, and other military-focused retail and distribution channels.

2. Partnership Building

Establish relationships with military-focused organizations, including:

  • Commissaries & Exchanges: Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), AAFES, NEX, and other relevant retail networks.
  • Gift Bag Providers: Private companies creating care packages for overseas troops.
  • Nonprofits: USO, Operation Gratitude, Soldier’s Angels, and similar organizations.
  • Deployment Centers: Tactical suppliers and readiness programs.
  • Secure collaborations with defense contractors, veteran-owned businesses, and subscription box companies to include the product in their offerings.

3. Outreach & Networking

  • Leverage personal and professional networks to connect with decision-makers in military procurement, base fitness facilities, and care package distributors.
  • Attend military trade shows, expos, and relevant events to showcase the product and establish new sales leads.

4. Execution & Reporting

  • Deliver measurable results by securing orders, partnerships, and contracts in key channels.
  • Track all sales efforts and provide weekly updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally with experience in the military or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of military culture, supply chains, and active-duty personnel needs.
  • An established network within military organizations, commissaries, nonprofits, or defense contractors is a huge plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for high-energy and innovative products. 

 

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-only contract role. 

Earnings will be tied to performance, with high commission rates on all sales, contracts, and partnerships secured.

Additional performance bonuses may be available to achieve strategic goals, such as securing partnerships with specific organizations or reaching revenue milestones.
